Phoenix, AZ – Veridus LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Harris and Edie Lefevre to the firm’s team of government relations, public affairs and strategic communications professionals.

“Jennifer and Edie bring to Veridus a wealth of outstanding experience across Arizona State government, the Capitol and public policy,” said Veridus partner and co-founder Wendy Briggs. “Veridus continues to grow, and we are thrilled to welcome Jennifer and Edie as we expand services and offerings to meet the needs of our clients.”

Jennifer joins Veridus after four years serving as a Legislative Liaison for the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services (ADVS), a role in which she managed the agency’s legislative agenda in order to benefit Arizona veterans and their families. Earlier, she spent a dozen years in various staff and policy roles with the Arizona State Legislature, culminating with her assignment as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Arizona House Democratic Caucus. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Northern Arizona University and her Master’s in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

"I’ve worked around the Veridus team at the State Capitol for over a decade, and admired their professionalism and bipartisan approach,” Jennifer said. “When the chance to join Veridus arose, I jumped at the opportunity.”

Edie comes to Veridus after two years as a Legislative Liaison for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where she served as a representative for Attorney General Mark Brnovich at the State Capitol. Prior to joining the AG’s Office, Edie was a Legislative Associate at the government relations firm of Molera Alvarez, and interned at the Arizona House of Representatives. Edie has worked as part of multiple campaigns and political groups, including No on Prop 208 (2020) and Arizonans for Great Schools and a Strong Economy (2018).

“I’m excited to join Veridus, whose lobbyists are among the most experienced and well-regarded at the State Capitol,” Edie said. “I cannot wait to get started on this next chapter of my career.”
